All returns require approval and must be received by Elite Coin Group within five (5) calendar days after confirmed delivery.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Customers pay all return shipping costs. Returns must be sent with a tracked shipping service, received in original condition, and include all original packaging. Elite Coin Group may reject returns that do not meet these requirements and is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we secure payment and issue an invoice, we lock in your price. Bullion transactions cannot be cancelled. If a bullion item is cancelled or returned, it may only be offset at our current ask price. You are responsible for any price deficit plus a $35.00 cancellation fee. Elite Coin Group retains any market gains from cancellations.
